Water Therapy

It is always said that we should have at least 8 glasses of water a day, but why? Because of the simple reason that it keeps our body healthy, hydrated, helps in constipation, nourishes our skin, hair etc. As we already know that water comprises nearly 60 to 70 % of our total body weight. It is important to keep ourselves hydrated otherwise dehydration may cause Migraine, Tiredness, Constipation, Irregular blood pressure, Muscle cramps, Dry skin, Kidney problems. You can get enough water each day by drinking water, consuming fluids like soup and drinks and also from the fruits and vegetable   like watermelon, coconut water and cucumber .If you are trying to lose weight than should replace your high calorie beverages with icy cold water .This is because when you drink cold water your body work to warm up the water thus burning few extra calories, and if you are well hydrated you can exercise for longer time.
Water also helps to nourish your skin. It is best natural cream that you can have. If you are hydrated your skin feels good and glowing. Water is important for good digestion, as it helps to fight constipation. Water helps to dissolve waste particles and passes them smoothly through digestive tract. It helps curing kidney stone problems. Stay healthy and fit; drink at least two to three liters of waters. As summers are here, the body loses water rapidly, it is extremely important to keep ourselves hydrated.
