Captain America: The Winter Soldier- A journey full of unsuspected and unpredictable moments

Directed By: Anthony Russo, Joe Russo

Starring: Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson, Robert Redford, and Anthony Mackie

Duration: 136 min.

Produced by Marvel Studios, The Winter Soldier is a sequel to Captain America: The First Avenger, released in 2011. The plot will take you on a journey of unsuspected moments that are often filled with crucial turns and witty one liners. Most of the times, viewers might enjoy laughter at the unpredictable moments and they will be surprised on the precision that is displayed in the form of the tight bodies and perfect hairdos. The impeccable timing of the actors and inventive sets will take you to another level of fantasy, which binds you within it.
The stunning and surprising performance by Chris Evans as Steve Rogers aka Captain America has not only kept the viewers stunned but has also forced them to come back again, whenever a sequel will be released.
Captain America has innocence in its character and Chris Evans should be praised for that. The actor has showcased all his capabilities in the wide display of emotions such as cuddling and wide eyed anger, a lost look, helpless feeling during incidents, and violent look when someone pisses him off.

The director has focused on the entire team up of the film as Alexander Pierce, played by Robert Redford, does justice to all the factors of being villainous. The audience will be surprised to see him, his character, and his hard work in a commercial film of this magnitude. Space ships, super powers, missiles, perfect women, and Samuel Jackson as Nick Fury have done it again to impress the audience. Samuel Jackson is the one you will fall in love with as he creates one disaster upon another issues and you can’t stop telling yourself that this can't keep happening repeatedly.

There is supreme chemistry between each of the actor of this film as Anthony Mackie (Playing The Falcon) slips like butter as a loyal witty friend of Steve Rogers while Scarlett Johannsen (as the Black Widow) wont disappoint you at all. Viewers will surely want to thank the directors Anthony and Joe Russo for setting up an acting arcade that is so précised and gelled in this story. The editing by Jeffrey Ford has played it role in a significant manner as just when you think that you've had enough of this scene the action comes and takes you to a new experience.

The audience may feel a bit tired as the movie at two and a half hours is quite long and might feel that some of the early action displays should be altered keep the movie short. Guest appearances by Portraying Councilwoman Hawley and Jenny Agutter made their roles meaningful. Watching Jenny Agutter after all these years is a treat to the eyes and her friendly presence worked for the contradiction that is demanded for the character she’s playing.

Those familiar with the Marvel comic book series will find this movie an accurate display of what they’ve read in the past. Agent Winter Soldier or Steve Roger’s battle with the Soviets in the modern world is showcased used car chases, fisticuff scenes, and motorcycle races. An actual kiss between Captain America and the Black Widow will make you feel love at its highest pace. All in all, it’s a must watch for all Marvel comic fans and those who have already seen it are waiting for the return of Captain America’s next sequel.
