Salesman of the Decade: Narendra Modi

Gujratis have something in their blood that they are so good are doing business and specially at selling anything. It is said that if a Gujrati sees a 10 people standing at the corner of a road he will quickly establish a tea kiosk there. Yes its is true. Across the world Gujratis are known for doing business be it USA or UK or any other part of the globe.

Mr. Narendra Modi Chief Minister of Gujrat is no different from his fellow Gujratis. Though he is not a businessman but he has managed to derive his goverment through such business ideas that today Gujrat is known for its high business value initiatives and high FDI inflow from all across the world. It was his and his core team's effort which was able to market the state's business policy and create a environment and infrastructure for business establishment that the investors not only from India but companys from across the world were lined up with business proposals to invest in Gujrat. Gujarat got the second highest number of 131 FDI proposals attracting proposed investment worth Rs 20,258 crore, a State-wise analysis of the proposed FDI and the number of FDI proposals filed in India during 2011-12, carried out by the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry in India, shows.

Indian conglomerates like Tata and Maruti also established their Automobile manufacturing plants in the state of Gujrat in this decade itself. More over the korean company which manufactured the Delhi Metro rail, have a manufacturing unit in Gujrat and the metro rail is manufactured there itself. Right now the Gujrat is the best state to live in as employment is more than 100%. Gujrat residents are considered to be the most happy people all over India as they do not crave for employment and developed cities.

The conventional power system is slowly getting replaced by Solar power systems which is bringing more cost reduction for every business so that more profits can be made in long run. The way the rivers all across the state have been connected to each other is appreciable. This initiative has provided a sigh of relief to the people living in remote areas where there was scarcity of water.
Countries like Japan, Korea and many countries from Europe and UK are trying to establish a relationship with Mr. Narendra Modi so that going forward if he is the Prime Minister of India, they can leverage this opportunity to invest more India may be in other parts of the country. Mr. Modi is known for his high class knowledge, political willinness, amazing business accumen and for facilitating a environment of trust and care for the foreign investors.

Hope one day he becomes PM of India and we hope we can similar things happening all across the country.
